Pranzi catered my family July 4th/Dad’s 80th birthday party. Everything from the initial reach out to the end was flawless! Chelsea was absolutely wonderful to deal with and the food was beyond delicious - everyone was raving about it. Thank you Pranzi!!!

I was in the hospitality industry for over 20 years, my last role was at as the Director of Catering at a private alumni club. So, I would like to think I know the ins and outs of the industry, definitely not off premise catering which is I know is completely different. I just need to tell you how incredibly impressed I was with the Pranzi team. From the very beginning working with Chelsea was a dream, she was professional, prompt, and helpful. This event was the first of its kind and I had never worked in Rhode Island before. It is also the first event at the hotels we used as they typically do not do events. I found Pranzi in my search, and they seemed like the right fit and they certainly were!

Melissa and Jarrod were with us each day for breakfast and lunch and as soon as I met them, I knew they had everything in control and in place. Melissa was thoughtful, gave us help determining the best for set up and kept me informed as needed throughout the day. Jarrod was a very nice, helpful man and always willing to help and very kind.

Our evening events with Erica as the lead and with Erica and Jen on night 2 along with their team – Jonathan, Emily, Jennesey, Michaela, Joe, Jeremy, Joscan and Brent. Wow ! They made us shine. What an amazing group of wonderful people who are amazing at their jobs. I had many conversations with all of them, and the conversations ALWAYS came back to how much they love their job, they love the company and said that the owner takes such good care of them. I kept telling them I was going to move to RI so I can work with all of them again and host more events !

I could go on and on. I am highly, highly, impressed by their operation, their team, their offerings and not to mention the food was delicious and the presentations were all beautiful. We got so many compliments from our attendees.

Pranzi catered a 50th anniversary party for SWAP Inc, a local non-profit housing developer. Everything was terrific! Both the planning staff and the servers on site for the event were wonderful to work with. The food was delicious, and being able to rent furnishings, lights, etc. was a huge help! We would use them again in a nano-second!

I can’t say enough amazing things about Pranzi Catering! They helped make my sister’s baby shower absolutely perfect, and I’m still so grateful for how thoughtful and professional they were every step of the way.

The food was incredible!
Every dish looked beautiful and tasted even better—our guests are STILL talking about it! Everything felt high quality and homemade, not like typical “catering food.”

But the best part?
My sister LOVES coconut cake, and Lisa actually had a homemade coconut cake made from scratch as a surprise just for her. When we brought it out, my sister almost cried. It was such a sweet, personal touch that meant the world to us.

The service was flawless, the presentation was gorgeous, and the whole day went smoothly thanks to them.

Recently attended my 50th URI Reunion. Pranzi did a fabulous job of catering our event in the VIP tent watching the football game. Food and service were top notch and everyone enjoyed the choices and quality of the food.

We had the opportunity to experience our first event with Pranzi in August 2025 at the IYRS in Newport. This classy, upscale event was outstanding from start to finish. The food was absolutely amazing along with its presentation. The setting and decorations were beautiful. The staff was very professional but also so friendly which contributed to our overall wonderful experience.

I’m SO glad we booked Pranzi to cater our June 2025 wedding!! Not only was the food delicious (we had so many friends and family tell us how much they liked it) but the staff was amazing. Throughout the night I had the kindest bar tenders and servers, always making sure I had food and helped with anything else I needed.

Special shout out to Elizabeth!! She helped me plan every detail of our day from the very beginning. She was so easy to work with and responded to (all) of my emails within a day. LeAnn was amazing to work with throughout the entire planning process! She always kept me sane and quickly answered any and ALL questions I had while planning. On our wedding day, she took extra care of my husband and I, and brought us appetizers and drinks while taking photos during cocktail hour. This was so appreciated, and we were glad we were able to enjoy appetizers and then a delicious sit down meal during the reception with our guests.

I recently catered an event for about 50. I chose lobster rolls, California chicken salad rolls, Italian grinders, mixed green salad, orzo with spinach and sun dried tomatoes, potato salad with grilled veggies and an Italian cookie tray and pastry tray. The selections were more interesting than the usual fare from caterers and cooked perfectly. All the choices were delicious and got rave reviews from the guests. The presentation was lovely as well and we had plenty of food to go around. (actually people asked to take left overs home!) One guest does event planning and was very impressed. I would not hesitate to use Pranzi again in the future.

We are beyond grateful to Pranzi for playing such a huge role in making our wedding day perfect! They handled catering, day-of coordination, set-up, and even our wedding cake—and absolutely nailed every part.

We truly can’t say enough good things about Pranzi Catering for our May wedding at the Bristol Harbor Inn. From the very beginning, working with LeAnne was such a positive experience — she was professional, organized, and always quick to respond to any questions we had. Her attention to detail and clear communication made the entire wedding planning process easier.

The Pranzi team executed everything flawlessly on the day of. The decorations and setup were seamless, and the flow of service throughout the evening was perfect. Pranzi did a wonderful job at my April wedding! The food was absolutely delicious, the set up of the buffet tables were beautiful and the dessert presentation was gorgeous. The baker did a wonderful job decorating my wedding cake, above and beyond what I expected! They even took some of my real flowers and added them onto the cake, what a nice touch. Everyone was very helpful and accommodating. I would certainly hire them again! Pranzi works with our venue, the Shelter Harbor Inn, which was a beautiful setting.

We used pranzi for our buffet, bar service and desserts/cake for our wedding. The staff was great at helping me find options that fit our budget and answered all of my questions. I loved that they were very accommodating to my needs planning everything. the day of they arrived on time, had everything set up beautifully and were ready with our signature drinks the second we said our I do’s! I honestly wish I had a bigger budget just to utilize more of their amazing event and catering options! The food was great and the serving staff and bar tender were amazing. Everyone loved their experience interacting with them I’m sad I forgot their names but they did an amazing job and I hope they get to see my review!

Pranzi took care of my wedding a little over a year ago and blew away my expectations. Not only was all the food delicious and elegant, but above all their event coordination was immaculate down to every detail. Arolin was my event coordinator and she took care of my every need and comfort all night long; I felt like a celebrity. She made sure I never lifted a finger so much as to even get a drink, bustled my dress last minute, and even helped me create a spontaneous updo for my (extension-filled) hair when the heat started making me uncomfortable after the ceremony. I was absolutely not expecting that level of star treatment and my family and I were all blown away by how taken care of we felt. I was able to enjoy an stress-free and beautiful wedding day. First time using Pranzi, and couldn't be happier. We held a graduation party for our daughter and hosted about 70 guests at our home. Chelsea was our event coordinator. She was very attentive to detail and put together a proposal that fit our budget. The four servers arrived promptly at our home, prepared all of the food, and provided us with excellent service. They cleaned up and packaged all left overs. We were able to enjoy the day and did not worry about anything. I highly recommend Pranzi for any of your catering needs. Truly professional company.

Pranzi is very flexible with the food packages that they offer when you make a contract with them- not sure how many other places are like that. The food is top notch, especially the beef and the wedding cakes. At the food taste, we had a bonus dessert 🙂

We ordered the sliced turkey for an event we had. Not only was perfectly prepared, it was hot and extremely tasty. Our guests were so pleased, we are planning for our Christmas celebration with Pranzi being our provider.

We hired Pranzi catering for our wedding at Fort Adams. We worked closely with Lisa and Arolin who were well organized and professional. All of our food was delicious, and the bar service was efficient! Our guests are still giving us compliments on our entrees!
