Today Lisa oversees Pranzi Catering and Events’ 30,000 plus square feet of showroom and production space, a 5000 square foot state-of-the-art kitchen to make a Michelin chef envious, and a staff of devoted professionals who provide top-quality service to brides and corporate partners throughout New England.
