When Lisa Mattiello founded Pranzi in a small Seekonk storefront in 1997, she was chef, event planner, delivery service and creative director. Today Lisa oversees Pranzi Catering and Events’ 30,000 plus square feet of showroom and production space, a 5000 square foot state-of-the-art kitchen to make a Michelin chef envious, and a staff of devoted professionals who provide top-quality service to brides and corporate partners throughout New England.
