Our History
Founded by Lisa Mattiello in a modest Seekonk storefront, Pranzi began as a one-woman operation where Lisa wore many hats—chef, planner, and creative director. Today, Pranzi has blossomed into a premier full-service catering and event planning company, boasting over 30,000 square feet of showroom and production space, including a state-of-the-art 5,000-square-foot kitchen.
