Pranzi Catering has put together a twelve-month planning checklist to help the soon to be bride and groom with the planning process:

Twelve-Plus Months Before
Begin evnvisioning your wedding - formal or informal?
Decide on a date and time after okaying with important guests, location, or officant.
Decide on budget and hash out who's contributing.
Begin working on guest list.
Start looking for the officant who suites your style and spirit.
Begin looking for main vendors such as a caterer, florist, photographer, and musicians and set up appointments for a consultaion.

Nine to Eleven Months Before
Scout our ceremony and reception sites that's available on your date.
Choose attendants.
Contact out-of-towners so they can start making travel plans.
Begin working with the Caterer on menu and rentals needed for the event.
