Gooseberry Beach is located along the famous Ocean Drive, only about a mile from historic Bellevue Avenue and the Newport mansions. This is another beach that is set back in a cove, so you won't get big waves here. You'll find many families and school age kids at this beach. Gooseberry is open to the public, but the beach club is private. If you get hungry during the day, you can grab something at the Gooseberry Cafe.

The Edward King House, built in 1845, is one of the finest and few examples of an Italian Villa built in America. In 1845, Mr. Edward King, returning from a successful venture in China, commissioned Richard Upjohn to build a house of the Italian Villa style.

The Rotunda is a ballroom set on the second level of a facility located on the boardwalk of Easton's Beach, 175 Memorial Boulevard,in Newport.It features 15 foot high ceilings with surrounding windows facing the beach and the Easton's Pond on the north. There is a wrap-around deck for setting up a bar for cocktails or hors d'oeuvres, and adjacent to that is the Carousel which is also available for rent.

The General Nathanael Greene Homestead is a registered historic place located in Coventry, Rhode Island. Known as Spell Hall, it was the home of Revolutionary War general Nathanael Greene from 1770 to 1776, and was owned afterwards by his brother Jacob Greene and his wife Margaret. The house is owned and operated by the General Nathanael Greene Homestead Association, a non-profit organization, and was opened as a museum in 1924.

Edgewood Manor, a historic Greek Revival Mansion, circa 1905, is elegantly appointed with exquisite antiques and fabulous artwork. It offers beautiful bedrooms, magnificent sitting rooms, and lovely gardens.
Event start times are flexible and the standard event time is 5 hours, but the event must end by 12 midnight. The 5-hour time slot does not include the setup/cleanup. You or your caterer may come in before the event to get ready and stay later to clean up. If you would like an open bar or partial open bar, that can be arranged with the bartending staff.

This very handsome and elegant Victorian mansion is a National Historic Landmark. There is beautifully maintained carved woodwork to see inside, along with colorful stenciling and finishes. The striking brick mansion sits on one of the East Side's busiest corners, so is very easy to find. There is also attractive statuary on the small grounds, including a spouting fountain.
