Dear Lisa,

I just wanted to let you know how much I appreciate all you did for us while making our film.  The food was outstanding.  As you know, I financed the movie myself and I had everybody on the set working for free.  We actually put in a couple of 16-hour days.  So it was great, taking into consideration how little money there was, to be able to offer the crew the quality of meals that we did.  And, that would not have been possible if it had not been for you and your staff at Pranzi.  Maura told me how helpful they were which made life easier for everyone since Maura was putting in those same 16-hour days.  Anyway, I will send along a more formal thank you but I just wanted to put his one in the mail.

This letter is long overdue, but we think of you often and rave about you and your catering as often as possible. Thank you for catering our wedding and reception July 29, at the Roger Williams Park Casino and more importantly for making our catering arrangements and wedding day literally stress-free.  Your down-to-earth, honest personality, kindness, consideration and efficient professionalism made our special day and the many months of planning for it smooth.
