Pranzi is a full service caterer – We are one of a
few select caterers in the State of Rhode Island that is fully
licensed as a Class P Caterer, which means that we can assist
you with food services as well as all beverage services. Our
talented staff can supply all of your event planning needs,
including assistance with vendors, rentals, staffing and, of
course, menu planning.

STAFFING
|
Staff Service available at varying rates per person, per
hour. A four (4) hour minimum and (2) staff members is
required for all events that require staffing. Travel time is
added on to events.

RENTALS
|
We can provide all of your rental needs. From a full place
setting to individual glassware, table linens and linen
napkins to Gas grills, we have it all. Please let us know your
needs, and we’ll customize your proposal to suit your event.

|

BAR AND LIQUOR
|
|
|
|
|
Theme Bars:
Margaritas or Daiquiris
|
|
|
Cash Bar:
Drinks are charged per drink. Pricing varies with
items stocked at bar.

Open Bar:
Various set-ups are available for a time period
selected by the Host, not to exceed 4.5 hours.

|
|
Set-Up Options: Non-Alcoholic Set-up,
Beer and Wine Set-up,
Limited Full Bar Set-up,
Top-Shelf Full Bar Set-up

Wine Service
|
Wine by the bottle may be offered to your guests and
served by our staff during dinner. Fine wine selections are
available.

Final Count
|
One week prior to an event, a final count will be
required. This is the minimum number of guests for which you
will be billed. No decrease in guest count will be taken after
this point. You may increase your count up to 48 hours prior
to the event. We are always able to accommodate unexpected
guests, you will be billed accordingly.
|
|
|
A $200.00 non-refundable deposit is required to secure a
function date. Payment in full is required the day of the
function. All deposits are applied to the final invoice.
|
|
|
72 hours
notice of cancellation would be appreciated.
