Pranzi Catering will include event planning services to devise a wedding blueprint - including budget, schedule, and lists of good vendors and site choices.
Our team will guide you through this following process:
Set up a realistic wedding budget
Devise a wedding master plan that maps out all the little details, from ceremony to favors
Show you the best and most original locations in the area, considering your wedding size, budget, and vision
Find the best florists, photographers, bands, and DJs
Cut you choice deals. Pranzi includes a choice of a wedding cake, chocolate fountain or a champagne choice if you sign a contract within 1 month of receiving this
Read over all your vendor contracts
Create a itemized proposal that will showcase the scheduled timeline for the event
Handle the invitations, favors, ceremony, and any other needed assitance within the wedding planning
Counsel you on proper etiquette and what's hot on the wedding front
Coordinate with the photographer, florist, and musicians to determine realistic setup times and when they should arrive on wedding day
Served as your spokesperson, conveying your every whim and desire to vendors or family members when you just can't deal with doing it yourself

Pranzi Catering has put together a twelve-month planning checklist to help the soon to be bride and groom with the planning process:
Twelve-Plus Months Before
- Begin evnvisioning your wedding - formal or informal?
- Decide on a date and time after okaying with important guests, location, or officant.
- Decide on budget and hash out who's contributing.
- Begin working on guest list.
- Start looking for the officant who suites your style and spirit.
- Begin looking for main vendors such as a caterer, florist, photographer, and musicians and set up appointments for a consultaion.
Nine to Eleven Months Before
- Scout our ceremony and reception sites that's available on your date.
- Choose attendants.
- Contact out-of-towners so they can start making travel plans.
- Begin working with the Caterer on menu and rentals needed for the event.
- Book reception site
