Lisa Mattiello, CEO, Catering Director

Graduating from Johnson & Wales University with a degree in Culinary Arts, Lisa founded Pranzi Catering in 1997. Within 5 short years, Lisa has made Pranzi Catering into one of the premiere catering companies in Southern New England. Her expertise in creating memorable events and an extraordinary eye for detail, has earned her numerous awards and recognition in the hospitality industry. She has integrated her heart and soul into her business philosophy with a high level of organization, integrity, personal care and a deep interest in her clients needs. Whether large or small, Lisa is at ease in arranging and planning any event.

Nick Mattiello, General Manager

Graduating with a degree in Business management, Nick carries an extensive background in the food service industry. His 30 years of experience have lead him to incorporate his marketing skills to take Pranzi Catering to the "next Level". Since coming to Pranzi Catering, Nick has revitalized and reinvented the growth of the company. His role is strategic, high profile, and key in daily operations. In addition, Nick fosters strong departmental relations and integrates Pranzi with all facets of the cuisine experience. Nick's customer-focused devotion builds long lasting relationships within the company.

Carol Tomasso, Catering Sales

Carol has 12 years experience in the Hospitality Industry. She is detail oriented with excellent communication and organizational skills. Her responsibilities include creating proposals for clients for all aspects of catering. Carol enjoys and is most happy when she can help make an event a wonderful experience. Her hard work and dedication will always give you a helping hand when planning your next event. You can always count on Carol to keep the Pranzi team organized and on track.

Julie Mailloux, Catering Sales

Graduated from Johnson & Wales University with a Bachelor's in Sports, Entertainment, Event Management. Excellent command in both Arabic and English languages, Julie brings a bilingual ability to the company. Her valuable experience in the Hospitality Industry for over 9 years creates positive knowledge in all aspects of event planning. She is responsible for creating Banquet Event Orders, coordinating events and overseeing all aspects of event execution from set-up through clean-up. Julie is always willing to go the extra mile and her eye for detail makes every event a success.

John Calia, Executive Chef

Graduated from Johnson & Wales University with a degree in Culinary Arts, John carries over 25 years of experience in the culinary industry. For over 10 years, John's passion for food has carried an imaginative flair to Pranzi Catering. John specializes in a well diverse cuisine and is passionate about food - a real food fanatic. His sincerity, kind and compassionate personality makes him a "hit" with any audience. John declares no meal is too small, no guest list is too big and no menu or recipe is too exotic. The common thread weaving throughout John's career is his deep desire to make the catering experience for everyone an exciting and unforgettable one.

Corinne Tesson, Pastry Chef

Graduated from Johnson & Wales University and received a Bachelors in Food service Management along with an Associates degree in Baking & Party Arts. Her 10 years of experience in the industry has made her an educated pastry chef. Corinne showcases her pastry arts, incorporating decadent desserts with savory ingredients. She has proved to be a highly skilled pastry chef with a passion for combining unique techniques and flavors to create edible pieces of art. Turning her creative eye from pastry art to specializing in wedding cakes, Corinne creates impeccable designs. The artistic excellence she brings to the company is undeniable.
